An AI text conversation is a customer interaction handled by your AI agent through live chat, SMS or email. Your subscription includes 500 AI text conversations each month, shared across these channels. Additional conversations are billed at $0.20 each.

Are there additional charges for AI voice calls?

AI voice calls are billed at $0.29 per minute, including AI processing and standard telephony. Calls handled by human team members are billed using the applicable telecommunications rates.

How does SMS billing work?

Both inbound and outbound SMS messages are charged separately from AI conversations, whether your AI agent or a team member is handling the conversation. SMS is billed per message segment, so longer messages may count as multiple segments.

Can I add more than 5 team members?

Yes. Contact us to discuss additional team members or higher-volume requirements.

What happens when I exceed my included conversations?

Your AI agent can continue handling conversations after the 500 included each month. Additional AI text conversations are billed at $0.20 each. AI voice usage and applicable telecommunications charges are billed separately.
